Itinerary
Maturity (2002-2003)
Thanks to the developments in 2001 and 2002, Udalbiltza’s political capabilities reached new heights. There are several examples of this, such as the Charter of Rights of the Basque Country, presented at the IV General Assembly, held in November in Tolosa; the reflection on Nazio Eztabaidagunea (National Debate Forum) and the International Conference on the Rights of Peoples, held in December in Donostia. The level of maturity achieved towards the end of 2002 served as the basis to advance a step further in nation building and towards resolution of the conflict in the Basque Country. The plan passed in 2003 is a good reflection of this progress.
