In the engagement’s line to open the peace’s ways, Udalbiltza began in 2001 and 2002, a talks without any preliminary condition and with any exclusion, and promoted the talks and the debate with the Euskal Herria’s mayors and the communal elect. In the same way, it met again with 36 political, social and syndical actors. After picking up their opinions, and taking the public demonstrations from those who don’t want take part in this process, in account, the 12th October 2002, Udalbiltza presented in Iruñea, the document Euskal Herria Demokraziaranzko eta Bakeranzko Bidean (In the Way of the Democracy and the Peace), which, in the paragraph about the resolutions takes again the opportunities and the engagements to obtain the peace in Euskal Herria.
