The popular initiative "Bai Euskal Herriari" presented the new guide to EHNA’s commercial using in Arrasate, which was considered as "a new step toward the will’s respect and of the Basque rights and citizenship". This guide’s disposing of a vaste support from various political, social and syndical people’s actors.

In the public appearance where has been presented this initiative, Amaia Etxebeste, Bai Euskal Herriari’s member from Arrasate emphasized that "we, who’re parting of the popular initiative Bai Euskal Herriari, it’s made a long time we repeat that EHNA is a significant implement, all the Basque citizenship should have and use". She added "That’s why it has been created, to show in world’s face our character and our identity, to be able to show it each time it’s necessary".

Precisely, Extebeste remarked that, in Arrasate, the nationality’s declaration obtained a big support, materialized by "the recognizing and the support obtained by the EHNA in our locality", as this new guide’s demonstrating. She explained "We’ve to clarify that the commerces which accept and respect the EHNA are more numerous than those which are in the guide, because thougt various commerces show their support, we’ve only included those accepted the credit card".

In this context, she indicated that thanks to this EHNA’s commercial using’s guide, "all the Arrasate’s population will know where it’s accepted", that’s why the Bai Euskal Herriari’ platform has the intention too, to distribute it at home with the only objective: "that the Arrasate’s citizenship begin to use too the EHNA".

"And, we’ve established now, here, a new starting point. Beyond this point, more than the EHNA’s support, from now, in the actors, in the associations, we’ll get together engagements to favorize the recognizing and the EHNA’s using. From now we’ll put together subscriptions, assurances, inscriptions to do as part of educative, municipal activities and engagements for the EHNA’s using", added Etxebeste.

So, the Bai Euskal Herriari’s spokeman, Mikel Luloaga indicated that "We’ll make more step on this long way we began in the commerces; we shoud make steps we’re making all the next months and the next years. And I’m saying 'we should' for a simple reason: because the EHNA’s force and vigour shoud be above the ideologies, the partis and the conceptions; because there are steps we ought to do like a people,like full rights’ men and women who’re integrating a nation".

Luloaga specified that the Basque national declaration "isn’t a implement to walk from side to side of the political conflict. The EHNA has to be an implement we’re making and using, those who’ re feeling Basque citizens. And to success in doing this, it’s within our reach, but, almost, to the citizenship’s reach".

Finally, Luloaga said that the guide presentated in Arrasate "won’t be the last", after what, he emphasized we’ve already realized the EHNA’s comercial using‘s guide in Bergara, the presentation will soon carry through. On the other hand, "in Ordizia, it’s being to be like in Ondarroa and in Lekeitio".
